served with sage & apricot stuffing, pigs in blankets, seasonal vegetables, goose fat

roast potatoes and turkey gravy


Fillet Steak

served with grilled king prawn, fondant potatoes, asparagus and madeira sauce


Baked Salmon Fillet

served with asparagus, baby crushed potatoes, king prawns and hollandaise sauce


Wild Mushroom Risotto

served with rocket, truffle oil and parmesan shavings
